A counsellor helps you manage or deal with your thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental way. When anything bothering you doesn’t allow you to live and enjoy your life and interrupts in your daily living or becomes difficult to manage your emotions and certain issues, visiting a counsellor will help you to express yourself.

The counselling session is a space which is non-judgemental, confidential. This space allows you to express yourself the way you want to and not care about anyone thinking anything about you. The counselling session lasts for an hour i.e. 60 minutes where you can share and talk and express yourself.

There’s not much of hustle or difficulty in booking a session. After you visit the contact page, you will find email address under the title of Counselling and you can drop in an email. Once we receive the email, we will connect with you and help you fix the appointment.

Seeing a counsellor for the first time may give rise to many questions and you may have anticipations.

• Before you see your therapist, you can make pointers of the things you want to discuss with the counsellor and talk about that.
• You may want to talk about your hobbies and interests.
• You can also discuss about your career or job.
• You can ask the counsellor how can she/he help you with your problems.

There can be mixed emotions before you see a counsellor, but don’t worry, you’ve got this.

Art therapy is using art, any form and type of art in a therapy that allows you to express yourself. Many times we may not have words to express ourselves and that’s where art can speak volumes. Art can help you feel calm, relaxed and even enjoy yourself while you take away something for yourself. You don’t need to know art before enrolling in an art therapy workshop/session, neither you need to worry that you don’t know art.

Coaching is partnering with the clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is important in today’s environment (ICF).

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of strengths that enable the individuals and communities to thrive. This field of Psychology is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves and to enhance their experiences in various walks of life (Positive Psychology Center).

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of strengths that enable the individuals and communities to thrive. This means that a positive psychology coach will help you discover your strengths and help you achieve a thriving life.

You can visit a Positive Psychology Coach if you feel:
• That you are not capable of doing anything because you are not good any anything
• That you don’t have any strengths and have to constantly struggle to improve your weaknesses
• You feel stuck and are blaming yourself that you can’t change at all

If you focus on your weaknesses, it can undermine your strengths. Trying to improve a weakness can lead to negative emotions and lower self-confidence. This self-confidence can eventually spread to other areas of your life. If you use your strengths, you are more likely to be happier, less stressed, and more confident.

• You can be happier
• You can experience less stress
• You can feel healthier
• You could feel more satisfied with your life
• You become more confident and experience faster growth

When you start a journey of focusing on and discovering your strengths, it will start helping you, but the deeper you dive the better experiences you will have. It is very similar to starting to exercise or following a diet and not expecting results in a day or two. Currently, we have a 2 months coaching program, but, the duration can be extended if needed.
